It was held in the Gallery of Matica Srpska on 21st March , 2022 .

The meeting was open by Marko Tešić , the manager of the project of the Provincial Secretariat for Culture , Public Information and Relations with religious communities (PSC) , with a greeting speech. He welcomed the partners and reviewed the previous period , along with the most prominent activities by PSC .

After that , the participants reviewed the previous activities : the panel discussion , the first workshop in Serbia , oganised by the European Affairs Fund of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina ( FEP ) , just as the first workshop in Hungary , organised by the County Csongrád- Csanád ( CSCSMÖ ) .

The most important topic in the meeting was the organisation of the Professional Conference in Novi Sad for 80 people . The partners agreed to invite the following institutions / experts that would discuss the topic of cultural heritage :

• The experts from Hungary
• The Provincial institution for culture , Slavica Vujović
• The director of the Gallery of Matica Srpska
• The director of the Museum of Vojvodina
• The Youth tourism , the Faculty of Sciences , Igor Stamenković
• OPENS

The introductory speech should be held by the representatives from CSCSMÖ , from the Provincial Government , from PSC and FEP .

Additionally , the partners covered the organisation of the study trip in Serbia and Hungary , the starting point , what places should be visited , the lunch organisation , dinner meals for students and the members of the project team and accommodation both in Hungary and Serbia .
